RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, free of any stains, odors, or damage, and returned with original packaging if applicable. To start a return, please contact us at support@casualbutnotreally.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
We also offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for size or item changes, depending on availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
